Skånetrafiken has used JETAS Public Transport for the operation and maintenance of their bus stops and train stations since spring 2013. Here’s what Traffic Developers Eva Klingberg has to say about Jetas:
“The bus stop is an important part of Skånetrafikens offer; ”The entire trip”. We have high goals with both performance and customer satisfaction, and it should be all functional, clean and tidy at all bus stops.
It’s fast and it’s easy to report issues and errands in JETAS. In the long run it benefits the end customer because the errand will be processed faster.
Anyone can create and follow up a work order, planned as well as unplanned works, and I as a manager have the complete overview.
The fact that all work on the same case is reported in one system has reduced the number of email significantly. We communicate within JETAS if e.g we need to order a new bus stop top sign or an ellipse shelter.
I can also easily produce reports and statistics for both internal and external use. I find the system very user friendly and reliable. “
